Meet Jannine

Mossel Bay, a vibrant coastal town on the Cape South Coast, has been my home and teaching ground for the past 15 years. Here, I opened Prana Inspiration Studio in 2009 with a vision to inspire through yoga. Since completing my RYT200 in Ashtanga Vinyasa with The Africa Yoga School in 2009, I’ve deepened my knowledge with additional studies in Ayurveda and MYYO Technique, a hands-on, drug-free healing modality safe for everyone, including expectant mothers. Through MYYO, I've witnessed remarkable transformations in clients, finding relief from chronic pain, nervous system symptoms, and more.

My journey with yoga and wellness has provided me with profound insights into the human body, which I incorporate into every class I teach. Over the years, I’ve completed numerous courses to deepen my understanding, including a course with Yoga 4 Kids. Teaching full-time has been a rewarding journey, and I am privileged to offer classes in a variety of settings, including a Place of Safety for Women and Children, where I witness the profound curative effects of yoga and mindfulness in action. The transformative power of yoga continually inspires me, and I am grateful to share its many benefits with others.
